definitely better using the website on a computer , used my phone pages jumped when i remembered i had not added the discount code for the sale, this processed the sale . i had to order another bangle with the discount. when i emailed received a reply back from the shop they discounted the difference not seeing i needed a full refund, as both bangles had been shipped . i took the unwanted bangle back to the shop in Buchanan street in princess Square where i was advised this would be returned and the refund issued when received. a few day later the refund showed on my card. most impressed with the help and speedy resolve of the matter.
