Excellent service, nice ring

Had a really positive experience. The ring stack I purchased was the wrong size and the customer service team were really quick to resolve and send out the exchange. No complaints!

I brought a silver necklace and bracelet for my girlfriend and she loved it so much. I haven't seen them until she opened them as I ordered online and was surprised how good they looked, will definitely shop here again

Can I just say that the service I received from Daisy was exceptional. I had bought a necklace and bracelet for my daughter and unfortunately the bracelet snapped. It was still under the warranty (only just) so I decided to contact daisy. I emailed photos of the bracelet and literally within days a replacement bracelet was sent out to me. My daughter was over the moon as she said this is her favourite bracelet. Cannot praise the customer service enough. Thank you Daisy.
