Very pretty jewelry - my necklace was tangled (probably happened) during delivery and the customer service was reactive, offering to replace the item. I managed to untangle it in the end. I love what I got and have already had many compliments!

The service was so good, the website is so easy to navigate. I had an issue with my order, but it's easily solved. So it was really good experience to see immediate action.
