the ring photo is not the same quality of engravign on the ring I bought.

I was not happy with the scale of the necklace I ordered. My order arrived promptly and the quality was fine. I returned the item immediately and sent an email but have not heard yet whether my return was processed. I have yet to be able to judge the customer service of this company.

I haven't received my refund yet.

Much, much too small

Size not true ....material was poor quality. Sent it back for refund ..hope I get it all back.
