The soapstone sculpture arrived with what looked like scratches on the head of the figure. I know that soapstone has natural markings throughout, but these markings were only on the head and they looked more like scratches. They also were much more pronounced than the subtle markings shown on the webpage. I felt I couldn't give this as a gift and I felt that Cultural Elements should have sent me a return label. However, your representative said that the markings were natural, as shown on the website and I'd have to pay to return the item (which I will). I doubt I will shop with you again.

Not pleased. Thought it was 926 sterling not silver plated.
