I had some complications with trying to use my points on Black Friday to purchase Artemis - and wasn’t able to use the Black Friday discount with the points $ off coupon. I tried to message on Instagram and I was told to utilize the customer care link. I completely forgot to send out the message but every time I’ve ever had a concern or question, I’ve gotten speedy responses. This company and the owner (s) are so kind and helpful. I appreciate small businesses because there’s attention and care to every piece. It shows in the detailed responses and it speaks in the pieces themselves. I’ll definitely be a returning customer for years to come! I’m so hoping for a pandora pendent and possibly male pieces. I think those would be a nice touch as there’s so much you could do with Greek mythology!
