Everything was great!

Very happy with Common Era, definitely plan on buying more from them in the future.

Everything was perfect except one minor packaging issue: the chain arrives all messed up! It took me nearly an hour to untangle the chain. The black card that the necklace is fastened to should be the solution with some additional cuts to slide the chain onto. I'm sure you can figure a way to prevent the chain from tangling!

Shipping was fast and arrived within the window of estimated time!
