If you need to reach out directly, they’re there. They respond quickly and resolve issues quickly. There’s such a demand on delivery now and once a package leaves their hands, what happens next is truly out of their control but they don’t act like it. I had 2 packages that were to arrive the same day, one from CBS & another from another vendor that just happens to be based out of the same town as CBS. I didn’t receive my packages. I waited an extra day, I checked around, I posted signs but nothing. I contacted CBS and they had an immediate solution to my issue. The other vendor said I needed to wait but I was going to need my product before the wait time was scheduled to end. I was told I’d just have to wait. Thankfully, CBS didn’t respond that way and I had my product resent and received in time. They’re the best!!
