The ring I ordered was too small. I have many rings over the years and they are all one size. This one is not the size 7 as ordered and as it states. Having my jeweler resize it. I emailed for customer service and still not response.

I have made a number of attempts to try and make a return but no one answers email or order responses to my requests

Horrible I never got my order

Shipping was great. The ring was already scratched though and I couldn’t find where to return it on the website.
