I experienced fantastic customer service. When going on the website, the ring that I wanted didn't have the size that I needed. I called and spoke with a woman who was extremely helpful and informative. The size I needed had to be specially made. I thought it would take at least 2 weeks to receive. I had it in 5 days. It's a great ring and my other half LOVES it!! Thank you!!
