The package it came in was just as nice, professionally packaged and presented and included an appraisal with the receipt in an envelope that I was able to keep my husband from seeing (because it was a gift). The process with Jennifer was seamless. She was quick to respond to my emails and she would escalate questions and concerns when necessary. The ring was beautiful, my fiancée loved it and I am so very pleased with the ring and the quality of the product. It took a while to get the ring because it was custom made and the diamond took a while for their factory to receive. Once it was received I was contacted by Jonathon personally that it was sent overnight mail and I had the ring in my possession. I was very unsure at first about buying a diamond and ring from an on-line merchant. I am one that does a lot of research on whatever I do so after checking them out I took a chance and glad I did.
