Very impressed by customer service and ring itself once it arrived. Anthony, my rep for the purchase of an engagement ring, was very professional, knowledgeable in being able to answer all questions and do so honestly, and was able to optimize my purchase within my budget. My fiancee's outside assessment was perfectly consistent with the internal assessment provided by Brilliance.com, the value of which was 50% more than I paid. They also agreed to rush my order, and accomplished exactly what they promised with every detail as indicated ahead of time. Despite my skepticism to use any online jeweler, I took what I initially considered a risk because I knew I could return it within 30 days if it didn't work out, but Brilliance.com proved to be outstanding all around... I would therefore now recommend them to anyone seeking a high quality purchase for a price significantly less than retail store jewelers.

My ring was more than I expected, and so beautiful. We got alot of ring for the money, too. I know she will love it, when I pop the question. :)

I love everything about my rings. I priced the same rings at several places and brilliance.com was by far the most reasonable. Customer service was great. If I could go back I wouldn't change anything :) I will be coming back for anniversary rings!

I put down a 6 prong support, but the diamond came with a 4 prong support. Other than that I'm very happy with the ring. If this isn't related to feedback on your site I apologize.

He loved his ring. It was a little lighter in weight than he expected, but very well made. The tones in the photo were red, when we received the ring it have blue tones, so different than expected, but the blue will work perfectly still.
