Received the Beautiful ring, exactly as we envisioned. Communication from Brilliance.com perhaps could have been better (online order progress only indicated "in process" for significantly longer than we expected. Ability to reach out with online Chat sessions to get updates helpful, but it might have been better to receive a status email every week to 10 days with progress notes. Ring is beautiful and I've suggested to several friends to check out Brilliance.com for any needs!
