Very professional staff throughout the process.

The system seems good although it seems to leave out some info, i.e. the "Baller" line does not have "glo-in-the-dark" illuminated dials and hands for viewing in the dark or dim lighting. When one calls for customer support, it takes you to a "leave a message" ivr. But then, it states someone will get a call back to you and it never happens, not good 'customer service'.
