Order came 4 days before Christmas. My Wife was pleased . I paid extra for fast delivery , great decision to have done so. Paid extra for the velvet jewelry boxes, also a great decision. I am impressed with B. Tiff!

Received the wrong size ring in my order; I already owned a size 9 from 2019 and ordered same ring in size 10. Followed instructions for exchange request, received a timely response to initiate the exchange and a week after that my new ring in size 10 arrived along with a lovely gift bracelet! I had also received a gift ring in my original order too!! I think that is fantastic and so is B. Tiff customer service. Thank you!

I've purchased several items in the past. One favorite is the chains. They have a unique clasp. They are very durable.
