You guys went above and beyond for me. On my first day of owning my new Black Magnetic Matrix Smartwatch, it fell from my wrist. I contacted Armitron for assistance. You instantly told me to send it in for repair. To my surprise, I received the watch back today and you went ahead and gave me a brand new replacement instead.
