Didn’t get a response from me contacting via email & left a message. I’m surprised as usually you guys are awesome.

I purchased the $1000 mystery bag which was listed as all items 14k gold. One of the items was a bead bracelet with one tiny gold bead. Disappointed. Other items were nice. I was hoping to buy this annually as a fun treat… but will probably not buy again.
