The customer service is excellent. The shipment was stressful. I was expecting the shipment on a Friday to my business address. I waited for the FedEx delivery to arrive by 5, as promised, but it never showed up. The shipment arrived on Monday. In the end, my wife loved the earrings, and when she is happy, I am happy too. Also, the earnings look beautiful!
