I ordered two sets of earrings, both of which were beautiful, delicate and exactly as I hoped they would be. I received them quickly and they were nicely packaged.

The customer care staff at Alex Monroe are far more valuable than the fine gold in their beautiful jewelry! Every step of the way, these remarkable young folk guided me patiently and professionally. I sent a birthday gift to a dear friend in London and, being an American, I was confused with the post/shipping addresses in the UK. Everyone went above and beyond to help me, to the point of noticing when I had misentered the address on the website order platform, contacting me about the discrepancy, and correcting my error.
