The customer service Representatives was awesome, the manufacturer sent the urn without the Engraving or a proof. The customer service rep was extremely helpful got the the error corrected right away.

I appreciate the fast response regarding part of my order being out of stock. I'll keep the site in mind if I ever have need for more afterlife goods.

Customer service was very easy to work with. The problem was, when you are ordering font types it mentions nothing about size.
