My customization was a bit complicated and the customer service team was very patient and attentive. I was very grateful for that especially during such a delicate time. The quality of the urn was beyond my expectations. Thank you again!!

The beautiful plaque we received was exactly as pictured. The engraving was correct, clean and perfectly aligned. We are very happy with the result.

The free engraving was really good. Shipping was timely

Perfect as always!

I absolutely adored this. My mother was a librarian for 30+ years, she would have gotten a real kick out of this urn for her ashes. It was perfect, everyone loved it.
