Received my charm within one week. Charm was everything I expected. Very happy with my purchase

Very pleased with both the product and staff support - questions answered quickly and shipping status tracking info sent continuously even as it arrived! It arrived safely, on time, and the product/urn is unique and beautiful.

Great customer service. Took awhile due to pandemic issues but Natasha was honest and helpful the entire time.
