I am happy with most of the items I ordered. The shipment was great, fast and nicely packaged. I appreciate consideration for nature and recycling and trees and triabal vibes. However, I wrote to the company 3 times and nobody bothered to respond to me back. That would be just polite. Also, the rings were badly green tarnished at the back. I had to clean them first before wearing. Suggestion: you could inspect and clean all silver before mailing the pieces. I feel devided about how to feel about your company now.

Leaving abroad I was Surprised to pay taxes (all the shops irl or online usely apply taxes free policy when I purchase on their store). As expected I also payed taxes here so an additional 18,5% payed again to the shop (not local taxes). Ask for a refund for the taxes I paid in the first time as I paid twice. It was denied. Great products though.

item never showed up. no response to emails. no refund its too bad. I was soooo excited I definitely would have bought more as I love the style. but I not a big fan of giving my money away for nothing I understand things get lost in the abyss. . . but its the completely silent customer service to rectify the issue that is the problem right now it appears to be a total scam. would love to be proven wrong and have someone rectify this
