Hi, I ordered a diamond stone after looking up the great satisfaction reviews online. Yes, it's easy online accessible. However, when I had questions the phone representative sounded rushed and had no time for my call. Probably understaffed. She wouldn't take my order telling me to look up what I wanted to order online. I did get a great buy being that these are lab grown diamonds. It was packed along in a btfl box and presentation. Loved the box, papers and all, professionally packed. After receiving my diamond it was a bit more yellow than what it was appraised for. I even took it to my local jeweler to assess it.I felt cheated a bit. My son was proposing and I had no time to return it. Luckily, she didnt realize it. If you have the time to return a stone, in case then go for it.

We bought both my engagement and wedding ring here totally around 8k. We’ve had total 5 stones fall out. One the day after I received my engagement ring. I eventually had to redesign my wedding band bc the stones kept falling out. Now, I have a standard band I could have bought for 1/2 the cost somewhere local. When I thought the stone falling out was over, I look down and another stone has fallen out of my engagement ring. At this point, I’ve sent these back at least 6 times, so it’s not even worth it anymore. I’ll just wait until I can bring it somewhere local and have them reset the whole thing. It such a disappointment and puts you in a position where you feel bad constantly needing to complain. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. That being said their customer service is great and everyone I worked with was super friendly.

You did not send my package priority when I paid for it. When I said it costed hundreds more because of this mistake.l, they refunded me 40$......
