I first became familiar with Bario Neal when my wife and I purchased our rose gold wedding bands back in 2012. As a 10th wedding anniversary gift for my wife, we returned to Bario Neal to craft a custom ring repurposing the diamond from her original engagement ring as well as a handful of heirloom stones from her grandparents' wedding rings. Taylor at the flagship Philadelphia location was fantastic and communicative every step of the way. We felt informed throughout the process, which took about 4 months. The custom-sized ring was made quickly and beautifully! My cousin loved receiving it as a gift and wore it to an event right away. The whole ordering process was streamlined, and the choices of finish were appreciated. We went with satin finish, and are quite content.
