I bought my husband’s wedding band in recycled palladium. 2 years later, he’s lost some weight and we needed to get it resized. Bario Neal doesn’t create new rings with this material anymore, but they worked with their supplier so they could resize the ring for us anyway. Love the ring and the customer service.

Nearly all the experiences I have had with bario neal have been flawless and I’ve always felt like I am getting great value for products that are both ultra high quality but also ethically sourced and created. I’ve purchased an engagement ring and 2 wedding rings with them and I think it’s safe to say that without them I could not have created the exquisite and unique pieces I did. My only comment is that not all employees are created equal. If you are not totally sure of your representative I highly recommend you try and meet with someone else or ask as many clarifying questions as possible. Overall we’ve had a great experience. Shoutout to Aliyah and Taylor in PA for their incredible service!
