We had a great experience with Bario Neal in purchasing our wedding rings. We made an appointment at the Philadelphia store very easily. Meghan was very helpful and let us try on several different rings. She really took the time to go through the process with us and answered all our questions. We felt zero pressure at any time. We ended up purchasing the rings and it was a very easy process. We had some issues with shipping due to the carrier but we easily got ahold of Vanessa via phone who sorted out the shipping issues in less than a couple hours. When we needed to get resized Vanessa helped us and the process was smooth and easy. It took about 4 weeks to get the rings initially and 2 weeks to have them resized and sent back. A very pleasant experience for us and would come here again!
