It was beautiful. It took longer than quoted, but the communication was incredible! I was informed of the process every step of the way. When the ring engraver needed more time, I was notified immediately to see if I would consent to it. I loved the entire process! My partner was so happy with their band. They wore it on a necklace around their neck for a week!
