She patiently walked us through all of the various options (within our specific design criteria) for our wedding bands, and was incredibly calm, thoughtful, and helpful both in-person and on email afterwards. Once we'd made up our minds, the checkout process was seamless and we received our completed bands within the expected timeframe. We will definitely come back to Bario Neal for future fine jewelry needs!
