Bario Neal has been so wonderful to work with. 2 years ago we got my husband’s wedding band there (a pleasure to work with then, too!). Unfortunately it slipped off and got lost about 6 months later. For our anniversary I contacted them and asked to purchase the same ring as a surprise for him. They were so responsive right away, and communicated with me multiple times to clarify sizing, etc. When we went to pick it up the sizing still wasn’t quite right, so they kindly resized it, and once again let me know as soon as it was ready to pickup. Finally, we had hoped to pick it up in person, but weren’t able to get down there in a timely fashion. I asked if they would ship it instead, and they again answered me right away, and facilitated a tracked shipment with signature. The ring fits perfectly, and we are so glad have it back.
