The ring is amazing, and the customer service was great on the phone when I called the Philly store where I bought or wedding rings years ago. However, Seth took so long to reply to every one of my emails that I seriously--legitimately-- thought I had been scammed for $3K. BOO :(

Seth was absolutely incredible to work with and did such an amazing job working with us to create completely custom pieces that really reflected each of us, while also keeping our plans secret from each other. I really love the work that was done and our rings are absolutely gorgeous.
