Love the new location, and the service was excellent. Thank you again for a wonderful experience, my wife couldn’t be happier.

I came into the store with an idea of what I wanted from what I saw online. The woman who helped me made me feel very comfortable and let me compare 2 of the same necklace so I could pick out the gems I preferred. I wasn’t rushed or anything. And my wife was very happy with her Christmas present.

Great customer service. They were very helpful and communicated every step of the ring customizing process.

We were so impressed with the ease and personalized attention we received from the get-go. Our decision process was made easy and helped along by the associate, and ultimately we got exactly what we wanted - without any headache! The only rub was a bit of confusion with the production/shipping timing.

all the jewelry was so beautifully made and the customer service was excellent. my ring came out perfect. thank you so muuch!
