Absolutely love this business! I stumbled on Bario Neal on a recent trip to Philly and their rainbow charm caught my eye. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted and able to browse leisurely before inquiring about the charm. I was told that the profits went to a local youth organization, and we had a lovely conversation about the history and mission of BN. I will absolutely go back every time I am in Philly, and already have my next piece picked out. Make sure you stop in if you have a chance - the people and wonderful and their pieces are unique, diverse, and gorgeous.

Amazing customer service!! I called to replace an earring I lost on vacation. Maddie was so helpful she was able to find the exact style I lost and it was sent to my house and was there by the time I got home. I am so pleased i absolutely love these earring and was devastated when I lost one.
