I love my ring!

The store is beautiful and the jewelry is so unique and timeless. Their customer service is also fantastic. They resized my new ring at no charge, even though it was due to my mistake with the order. I have a necklace that I was given as a gift from Bario Neal over 10 years ago, and I still wear it daily. When the chain broke they cleaned the jewel and put it on a new (and improved) chain. Quality service and quality jewelry. Philadelphia's absolute best!

My partner and I are both non-binary, so working with a team that understands queer identity is super important to us. Bario Neal absolutely delivered on that. Charlie and the entire team cultivated an amazing experience. I went into our design session with a few ideas, and she helped me merge them into a lovely piece. Every step in the process was explained clearly, and the final piece turned out absolutely beautiful. My fiancée loves their ring beyond words (and I do too!). We truly couldn't be happier.
