She patiently and kindly answered all of our questions and allowed me to try things on to my heart's desire. Her follow-ups via e-mail were always timely and informative. When it came time to place the actual order, she made sure to have various options of the stone of interest available for me to choose from. Absolutely love this business! I stumbled on Bario Neal on a recent trip to Philly and their rainbow charm caught my eye. As soon as I entered, I was warmly greeted and able to browse leisurely before inquiring about the charm. I was told that the profits went to a local youth organization, and we had a lovely conversation about the history and mission of BN. I will absolutely go back every time I am in Philly, and already have my next piece picked out. Make sure you stop in if you have a chance - the people and wonderful and their pieces are unique, diverse, and gorgeous.

Amazing customer service!! I called to replace an earring I lost on vacation. Maddie was so helpful she was able to find the exact style I lost and it was sent to my house and was there by the time I got home. I am so pleased i absolutely love these earring and was devastated when I lost one.
