I was just really excited to get a piece that I had been waiting to order for months. When I placed the order, there was nothing in the listing about the piece not being on sale. However, I did notice a few days later that the listing was updated to reflect the exclusion.

I have been trying to reach Pamela Love customer service but have had no response as the ring has not been delivered by UPS and I have had 3 delivery updates from them — with the last one on 12/2 saying no delivery date is scheduled.

Horrible returns policy, esp. considering many pieces aren't actually suitable for the piercings they're advertised for. Very dissapointed!
