We are sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have any other questions as we are happy to help! The "as per our order policy" rubbed me the wrong way. I was just really excited to get a piece that I had been waiting to order for months. When I placed the order, there was nothing in the listing about the piece not being on sale. However, I did notice a few days later that the listing was updated to reflect the exclusion.

I have been trying to reach Pamela Love customer service but have had no response as the ring has not been delivered by UPS and I have had 3 delivery updates from them — with the last one on 12/2 saying no delivery date is scheduled.

Horrible returns policy, esp. considering

Horrible returns policy, esp. considering many pieces aren't actually suitable for the piercings they're advertised for. Very dissapointed!
