Cupcakes and Cashmere

The earrings are beautiful, however I think I have slightly smaller earobes, as they don't hug my ear as much as I would like, or shown in the picture.

I was shipped the wrong product but it was quickly taken care of.

Product is great. I did, however, contact you asking that your business was not listed on the package as it was a gift which was obliged. However I just received the package, business name and all on the package. Luckily my girlfriend didn’t check the mail today...

I ordered a pair of earrings as a Christmas gift and the earrings were lovely but the packaging as so disappointing. The earrings were in a tiny ziplock bag in a tiny unmarked pouch. I had to write a note to the recipient telling her that they were from cupcakes and cashmere so she knew they were a pair of nice earring and that they were coming from a company that she would know and appreciate their source. Kind of disappointing.

While I do love the earring I got, it took more than 1 month to get to me. I understand there was an incident with the shipping, but it took two outreaches on my part to figure out what was going on and why I hadn’t received the order instead of someone on your end figuring out that something was wrong. If this had been a gift for someone else I would be pretty disappointed.
