While I do love the

While I do love the earring I got, it took more than 1 month to get to me. I understand there was an incident with the shipping, but it took two outreaches on my part to figure out what was going on and why I hadn’t received the order instead of someone on your end figuring out that something was wrong. If this had been a gift for someone else I would be pretty disappointed.

Disappointed

I recently emailed in and spoke to two different people who both told they they would replace my broken earrings. Then after many emails back and forth over several days, I was told they could not actually replace the earrings (after they said it wouldn't be a problem.) This will stop me from shopping with you in the future.

Customer service made this difficult

I was so excited to order from C&C as a gift for my friend, but was underwhelmed by both the quality and customer service, and unfortunately won’t be ordering again. The earrings I purchased (as a gift) were defective, and I emailed CS four times over a span of multiple months before finally getting a response. I know it’s a smaller team and responding super quickly isn’t always possible, but I was disappointed at how long it took to get a response.

Haven't received the order or updates on tracking

FedEx attempted deliver but I wasn't home. Now FedEx said to contact sender and I haven't received a response to my customer support ticket with C&C and I haven't gotten any updates on where the package will be.

I love their products but I'm yet to receive my order!

Like I mentioned before, my order has been lost in the mail, so I cannot yet review it. I hope I'll be able to rate higher when the package is found!
