Customer service made this difficult
I was so excited to order from C&C as a gift for my friend, but was underwhelmed by both the quality and customer service, and unfortunately won’t be ordering again. The earrings I purchased (as a gift) were defective, and I emailed CS four times over a span of multiple months before finally getting a response. I know it’s a smaller team and responding super quickly isn’t always possible, but I was disappointed at how long it took to get a response.
