I was disappointed that my necklace tarnished in the short time I had it. I went into store and they directed me to an email as they couldn't assist. I had to return the necklace and purchase the solid gold version in hopes it was better quality. I had to put more money towards the necklace which was originally a gift for my birthday. I was disappointed in the quality and in-store service.

I still have not received my purchase? Was supposed to arrive 28/7 ?? I had a msge saying I needed to pay an extra 2 dollars? Please send my order, I have ordered item 2 months ago and no issue, if I don’t receive this week I will not reorder again as intended in the future.
