I had such a great experience from the beginning to the end. From options, being able to customize, and communication with the staff there. It was stellar! Everything was absolutely wonderful. The website was easy to navigate and the service and communication was above my expectations. I was nervous at first to order online, but it turned out to be a better experience than when I've gone into some jewelers. I love my ring more than I can explain! All the stones are beautiful and it fits perfectly. My only "issue" was with shipping with FedEx. They did not drop off, even though I was home. So, I had to pick it up at my local FedEx, but even when I contacted RockHer they instantly reached out and helped to reassure me. I would absolutely recommend this company on all fronts!
