It was very easy to order my diamond solitaire. It was very easy to input what I wanted and price range and a large selection was available I submitted a setting I wanted and the designer and customer service people were great! Very easy to work with and very responsive to my questions and inquiries. In less than a week I had the designs and prices sent to me. Final product eas beautiful!! Love it!!!

These extremely low prices compared to other vendors had me skeptical. But anyway I decided to purchase a lab diamond and then paid with direct transfer. The next day I was contacted by John who told me the diamond I selected was no longer in stock. I was even more anxious at that point. However, John offered a larger diamond, and ended up finding a different diamond for me that met my criteria almost immediately. Without any request for rush, they had the diamond shipped overnight and was at my house within 4-5 days of my initial purchase. I happened to have an appointment already setup the following day to buy the setting at a brick and mortar and was able to bring the diamond in to make my final decision on the engagement ring. They said they were familiar with RockHer which put me more at ease with my decision. The diamond looks great and I am so happy with the outcome. It all happened to work out just perfectly thanks to John and RockHer.
