Good experience with quick communication. There was a lapse in communication at certain times, but nothing major. The selection was wide and that made the choice easier. The chat feature on the website is quick and easy to use. The service was good, and they even price matched the discounts that were offered on the website.

This company goes above and beyond to meet customer expectations. I wanted to change the ring size after I purchased it. Called and spoke to Caroline and she said she would make it happen. The downside Is that it would delay the ring being delivered when I needed it(had plans and reservations set). I explained the situation to Caroline and she got the ring size changed and got it delivered on time!! She is a perfect example of what providing execellent customer service means! Rockher hold on to her and don't let her leave your company. Other companies need to have customer service representatives like her. For this reason I will be recommending rockher.com to all my friends and family for their jewelry and engagement ring needs. P.S. the ring was absolutely stunning and my fiance loved it!

Had a great experience, I was a little skeptical buying a ring online for the first time but I received great customer service that put all my worries to bed. A gemologist reached out immediately once I placed my order and verified everything, the initial Diamond I picked wasn’t available so they gave me one that was heavier in carat weight and a grade up on the color scale at no extra cost, which was awesome. I was sent updates throughout the entire process which was nice. They even reached out to me to confirm shipping and let me know when the ring would arrive. Great customer service and made the process super easy!
