One of the representatives, Romeo, was with me the entire way and I couldn’t have asked for a better individual who gave me of his time, patience, and experience.
Even after I had to to return my original engagement ring, he easily facilitated the process of me getting a different set and using the same stone. It seemed effortless for him, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. The second engagement ring was 10x better than the first for that matter.
After obtaining the engagement ring and seeing that no wedding bands for my fiancée would go along with it, I reached back out to Romeo. He helped me create my own wedding band that would automatically fit and go along with the engagement ring. Once again, the process was simple. He was patient as I obtained the funds to pay all in full, and he was prompt as ever in answering my emails.
All in all, you don’t find this type of customer service too often anymore, and Romeo was exceptional in helping me with the engagement/wedding band process.
