I called in to the Plymouth branch just before 6 on a Thursday evening - I thought they were open till 8. The man was very nice but said it would take 5-7 working days to get the ring in my size and we were going on holiday the following Thursday. We ended up ordering online and received the ring very quickly saving 10% on the advertised price. so overall 100% happy. Had my size been in store we would have purchased it then (size P)
