Got this black diamond/black gold ring for my sister as a birthday gift. She really liked how unique it is and the quality is superb.

Everything went smoothly. I liked the appraisal paper as well.

Great experience, as always. My biggest complain is the loyalty program is a little difficult to use (can't combine coupons/discounts). This doesn't sound like an issue, but if you are constantly making a purchase and accumulating, you just can't use them. There should be an option for combing some, at least for larger purchases.
