I love my ring! I never want to take it off!

After looking at several Noemie items, I finally decided on the multi-shape diamond circle necklace. When I received it, I wasn’t happy that the circle didn’t move on the chain, but was fixed and made the decision to return it. When I contacted customer service to schedule my return and explain the reason why they gave me several options which I appreciated. I ended up sending the necklace back so they could make the discussed design adjustment which made wearing the necklace much comfortable. This whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant. Guillermo & Jenna in customer service were great. I was kept informed every step of my initial purchase all the way through the return of my design adjustment. I won’t hesitate purchasing from them in the future.
