Layla really seemed to care my experience was perfect. Will definitely call her and Watchbox again. Christina Teixeira was also extremely helpful post sale. I cannot recommend any others but Watchbox and I've dealt with several companies.

I had been trying to purchase a 214 for 3yrs without any luck so I decided to buy preowned due to the recent change to 36mm. Ryan was very helpful throughout the process. I was reluctant about what a preowned watch might look like. For this kind of money who wants a scratch on their watch? The pictures he sent helped relieve my fears but did not accurately portray what I received, a FLAWLESS watch. This watch did not appear to have been polished, and even under a loupe I could find no imperfection. Esthetically the watch is in perfect condition justifying Ryan's statement that "many repeat customers purchase without pictures before the watch is ready to sell." In retrospect I trust every word. If Ryan said it's perfect, you'll get a perfect watch. Mechanically after 3wks of continuous operation the watch has gained 2.5 seconds. Yes I said that right, less than +1 second/week. While this is outside of normal mechanical watch performance, it does illustrate the degree of service given to these watches. I'll be sending it back to Watchbox for it's tuneups.
