Surprisingly Good Customer Service
I bought an inexpensive watch from WB. After I received, it it appeared smaller than I thought it would. I spoke to the sales associate (Bill Comfort) and he said there would be no problem if I wanted to return it. After showing it to my wife she decided she could wear it, but when I inspected it carefully I noticed that there was flaw in the Crocodile strap. I informed Mr Comfort and he again said there would be no problem if I wanted to return it, but that he would send me a new strap if I preferred. I accepted his offer and after a few days a new strap arrived. Now this may seem like a customer service no- brainer except that in terms of WB watch sales this was a very minor one. However, never once did I feel like I was less important than if I had purchased a Patek or Lange.
I have purchased from other on-line sources and some have also been great, but since this experience I check WB almost every day for one of the many watches I hope to purchase in the future.
I don't know if WB is always this good but I intend to find out next time I see something on their site that I "need."
