The process was super simple, I made a fair offer for a watch and within 24 hours I received notification that my offer was accepted. I saw Tim review a beautiful red gold VC - Harmony Calendar on the WatchBox YouTube channel. The video was about two years old so I was surprised to see that the watch was still available. I called WatchBox's U.S. number number and spoke to Phil Maltese. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He told me the watch was actually located at their Dubai store and it would take about a week for it to be delivered to the US store and inspected by the US watch makers. After it passed final inspection, it would shipped overnight to me. Phil kept me informed via texts and phone calls every step of the way. The watch was even better than it looked in Tim's YouTube video once I got it. Based on this experience, I will definitely buy from WatchBox again!
