The contact was perfect and the guys from Switzerland were answering quite quick. Everything with the offer and the payment worked well and quick. The watch arrived in a perfect condition and is looking nearly new. Only the delivery with FedEx was a bit strange. They wanted the custom fee directly in cash at the door, without any invoice in advance. No credit card accepted. But it’s not the fault from watchbox. Also a 5 Star Ranking to Kerim from the Switzerland office. Thank you for the business and I’ll try to order my next watch with watchbox, again.
